Centre Littéraire Éveil (CLÉ) is a non-profit organization established in Canada focused on creating equal opportunities for children to develop a passion for reading and books. We are devoted to promoting literacy and nurturing a love for reading to ensure that under-resourced children do not fall further behind. CLÉ fulfills its mission with creative programs targeting both early childhood and school-age children.
Our Mission
At CLÉ, our mission is to give children across Canada the literacy skills to flourish, regardless of their circumstances, and to empower parents as children first teachers. We promote the importance of literacy and provide literacy resources and for children, especially those from underserved communities.

CLÉ envisions a world where every children from cultures, genders, and backgrounds can acquire literacy skills and quality education to reach their full potential and contribute to the community and the world
